CEO Chellins Group Ltd, is the founder of Chellins Group of companies with 4 subsidiaries companies, he is a Cooperate member Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE), Member Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Member Nigerian Highway and Transportation Engineers (NIHTE).
Early Life
Chukwuka was born in Sokoto State Nigeria. (born on 6th January 1988), to Dorathy and Nwani Elobi, from Ofelochi Abagana in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State. He grew up most of his life in Sokoto State with 6 siblings.
Education
He studied Civil Engineering at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Obtaining a Bachelor in Engineering with a higher second class honours.
Career
Engr C.C. Elobi worked as a draftsman for SMEC now Jurong Subana Group during his NYSC 2016, under World Bank Assisted Project called NEWMAP, and later got promoted to design Engineer. Until he joined two other engineering consultancy companies (Siraj Nig Ltd and Loraj Consortium Ltd) as design Engineer, still within the same project. And he resigned in January 2020. Then he founded Chellins Group.
