Can i start building on the land?

You can start building on the land after physical allocation.

Is there a stipulated time for one to begin building construction?

No.

Are there specific building types for the estate?

The Estate layout is in sections of bungalows, duplex and block of flats. Please contact us, for proper allotment.

Can i re-sell my land?

Yes. A client who has fulfilled all payments on their land can re-sell their plot(s). CHELLINS GROUP LTD would require the client to update the company with details of the buyer. A charge of 10% of the land consideration (Covering legal fees) shall be paid to the Company by the buyer.

What happens if i cannot continue with the payment? can i get a refund?

Yes, you can apply for a refund only if plot(s) have not been allocated to you. In the event of a refund, you are required to give the Company Ninety (90) days notice to process your refund request. The refund shall be processed and paid less 20% (10% Administrative and 10% Agency fee)..

How do i begin and where do i make payments?

Pick a form at our office or request from any of our agents, fill and submit. Make payments ONLY to the company account details below and forward receipt of payment to us. Your documents will be made available within 72hrs following payment.
