Chellins Partnership

Chellins Partnership is a business model that involves a partnership between a client and the Chellins Group LTD, a real estate company. Under this arrangement, the client pays for a certain landed property owned by Chellins Group Ltd for the purpose of investment. The primary objective of the partnership is to generate a return on investment (ROI) for the client.

The partnership operates on the basis of two ROI options. The first option is a 10% ROI in 6 months, while the second option is a 20% ROI in 12 months. The client can choose either option depending on their investment goals.

The Chellins Group LTD has a vast portfolio of properties that it can offer for investment purposes. The company conducts extensive research and analysis to identify properties that have a high potential for growth and profitability. These properties are then made available for investment through the Chellins Partnership.

As part of the partnership, the Company takes on the responsibility of managing the property, and ensuring that it generates income for the client. The company's team of experts has years of experience in managing properties and maximizing returns on investment.

What is partnership?

What is the Chellins Partnership all about?

A business entered by the Client and Chellins Group, where the Client pays for a certain landed property owned by Chellins Group, but for the purpose of investment, whereby the client gets an ROI (Return on Investment) of 10% in 6 months or 20% in 12 months.

What is my security for partnering with You (Chellins Group)?

We offer our partners a post-dated cheque of their capital plus 20% ROI and you are also given a plot of landed property equivalent to your capital, which you have the option of either cashing out your cheque when the investment is due or purchase of the said property within our Estate.

How much can I invest with?

You can invest with any amount equivalent to a plot of landed property in our estates.

What choices do I have if I want to discontinue the partnership?

You have a choice of either cashing out your cheque after maturity period or owning the plot of land(s) equivalent to your initial investment.

What happens if I chose to own a plot of land after maturity period?

The partnership agreement will be terminated; you will be required to sign up for ownership of land wherein you shall fill a Land Ownership Form and pay other documentation fees.

What is the cost of your landed property?

We currently have two land properties; Nando, Anambra selling at N2,000,000 (Two Million Naira) and Amanuke, Awka North selling at N950,000 (Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira).

What if I decide to extend and buy landed property while my partnership exist?

It is allowed but it's a different transaction entirely.

What if the landed property I purchase for partnership investment purposes appreciates beyond the original price in less than 6months before I get the ROI + Investment?

You will be paid based on your initial investment irrespective of the new land value. You can refer to the partnership agreement for further details.

When does the Partnership end?

Partnership is valid only for as long as the post-dated cheque remains valid.

What if I want to extend my Partnership after maturity period?

Such option does not exist since it was agreed that the contract terminates on maturity date. However, if you wish to continue partnership investment, you will have to sign a fresh partnership agreement based on the current value of the landed property.

What exactly happens if I wish to discontinue the partnership before the maturity date?

Send a written notice to the Company a month before the maturity date but you shall not be given the expected ROI.

What if I refer a friend?

As soon as we get the investment payment confirmed, you get 2% of the referral.
