Can I resell my land?

Yes. A client who has completed payment can resell. CHELLINS GROUP requires updated buyer details and a 10% charge (legal/agency) covered by the buyer.

What is the refund policy if I cannot complete payment?

Refund possible only if plot has not been allocated. A 90-day notice is required. Refund is processed less 20% (10% administrative + 10% agency fee).
